I am a bilingual English - and Russian-speaking Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2010. Today, I am a bilingual English- and Russian-speaking psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of experience.
My work incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), subconscious work, Ericksonian hypnotherapy, and guided visualization. By addressing both conscious and subconscious processes, I help clients uncover deeper patterns, relieve emotional distress, and create meaningful change—often beginning with the first session.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages across a wide range of clinical and community settings. I have treated complex trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias, psychotic disorders, and mood disorders.
I provide clinical evaluations and professional support for legal matters involving child custody, immigration, and other complex circumstances. I collaborate with attorneys, prepare comprehensive clinical reports, and serve as an expert witness in court.
This extensive clinical experience has taught me that every person’s story—and path toward healing—is unique. For this reason, I use an integrative approach that draws from both medical and psychodynamic models.

My commitment to this work is also deeply personal. My mother lived with depression at a time when emotional suffering was often misunderstood and endured in silence. As I witnessed her struggle and later stood beside her during a terminal illness, I came to understand how profoundly emotional pain can affect a person’s overall well-being. When she took her final breath, I promised to dedicate my life to helping others address mental distress before it becomes overwhelming and debilitating. I could not change my mother’s story, but I could allow her story to change me.

I believe therapy should begin with
connection—not interrogation.
Rather than conducting a rigid, impersonal intake, I begin with a compassionate conversation where clients can feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood.
My goal is for every client to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, calmer, and hopeful that meaningful change is possible.
That promise continues to shape the way I practice today—guiding my work with empathy, respect, and a deep belief in each person's capacity to heal and grow.
